Fee for any of the psychotherapeutic services above is $225 per 50 minute session.
As part of the No Surprises Act (H.R. 133),
below is an approximate cost for individual therapy at 1x per week for 1 month:
Week 1: $225
Week 2: $225
Week 3: $225
Week 4: $225
Monthly Cost: $225 x 4 weeks = $900
*Some months may have 5 weeks, which could cost $1,125 per month.
I am not paneled on any insurance plans but I'm happy to provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider. Please contact your insurance provider and inquire if they reimburse for billing codes 90834 or 90837.
